Elite Academy of Martial Arts Store FrontLocated in the Northlake area of Tucker, Georgia, Elite Academy of Martial Arts (EAMA) offers some of the best martial arts training and instruction in the metro Atlanta area. Situated with easy access to MARTA buses, I-285, and Hwy 78, EAMA provides a fun and Boxing Ringinviting atmosphere for everyone.  EAMA is located minutes from Atlanta, Tucker, Northlake, Dorville, Chamblee, Lilburn, Norcross, North Druid Hills, Emory, Dunwoody and Decatur.

Cross-training in the school’s large variety of martial arts allows EAMA students to become well-rounded martial artists. Yet with its focus on quality instruction and on practical application and training, Elite Academy of Martial Arts is not a black belt factory.  We want our students to learn self-defense while receiving the Wooden Dummyadded benefits of fitness and increased confidence, and we strive to offer a fun learning Fairtex Bagsenvironment with no egos.

The martial arts taught at EAMA include the kung fu styles of Wing Chun and Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do (JKD); Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), a kickboxing style from Thailand; Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for the submission grappler; and Kali (Escrima, Arnis) for the weapons enthusiast.

Sifu Kevin Le – Head Instructor & Owner

Sifu Kevin Le served as the Senior Instructor and Program Director at the Francis Fong Martial Arts Academy from 2007 until 2011 before opening his own academy in 2012. Kevin first joined the Francis Fong Academy in 1999, when he began training in the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kali, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, and Wing Chun. He started teaching in 2000, when he was invited to teach the “Lil Dragons” class. Soon after, he was assisting with the academy’s adult classes.

In 2006, Sifu Kevin received black belts in Kali and Jeet Kune Do from Guro Dan Inosanto. He earned his Wing Chun black belt from Sifu Francis Fong in 2006 and his Muay Thai instructorship under Ajarn Surachai Sirisute in 2008. Additionally, Sifu Kevin holds a green glove in Savate under Professor Salem Assli and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu given to him by Master Ricardo Murgel in 2007. Sifu Kevin also trains in Judo, Silat, and tactical firearms, and is always seeking to expand his knowledge and skill set.

Scott EndersScott Enders – Senior Instructor

Scott Enders started training martial arts at the age of 13 in Tae Kwon Do and later went on to Choi Kwang Do.  In the early ’90s he began training Kenpo Karate and after 5 years, he earned his black belt.  Scott began training at the Francis Fong Martial Arts Academy in 1999 where he met Kevin Le.

Scott earned his Muay Thai instructorship under Ajarn Surachai Sirisute in 2002, his black belts in Kali and Jeet Kune Do under Guro Dan Inosanto in 2006, his Wing Chun black belt under Sifu Francis Fong in 2006, and his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Ricardo Murgel and Diego Saraiva in 2007.

Scott is the senior instructor at the Elite Academy of Martial Arts.

Steph ChergiStephanie Chergi – Wing Chun & Kali Assistant Instructor

Stephanie began training both Wing Chun and Kali in 2010 at the Francis Fong Academy, and has been training at Elite Academy of Martial Arts since 2012. She enjoys studying a variety of arts to broaden her knowledge and understanding, and to grow as a martial artist. In addition to Wing Chun and Kali, she now trains in Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has studied Silat concepts.
